The Thornhill Church Fun Day 2010 takes place on Saturday 10th July, from 2pm - 5pm at the Thornhill Church Centre.

There will be craft stalls, games, bouncy castles, face painting - and a guaranteed sunny day (hopefully!)

Come and be part of the fun at the Thornhill Church Fun Day.

Thornhill Youth have arranged the mammoth challenge of cycling 10,000km from Cairo to Capetown in order to raise money for the charity HopeHIV... and all without leaving Cardiff!

On a fleet of exercise bikes, everyone is encouraged to drop into Thornhill Centre from 26th June to 10th July, and get the pedals spinning to reach that magic 10k.

You can help by doing some of the cycling yourself - the bikes will be available each day 10am to 10pm. Or, support the cyclists by dropping in to cheer them on, or bringing along drinks and cakes to provide sustenance! And of course, the best way that you can support this challenge is by donating.

You can give online at www.justgiving.com/cairotocapetown, or there'll be people collecting at the Centre during the event.

To find out more, take a look at the Thornhill Youth website.

We're holding an inaugral Dads & Tots event called "Who Let The Dads Out?" on Saturday 19th June, from 10-11:30am.

There will be games, toys and crafts for the children to enjoy, while Dads can work their way through a bacon-butty or two!

Come and have some fun with your children, enjoy some quality time with them, and give Mum a well deserved rest!
