Sunday Mornings
Thornhill Church on Sunday mornings caters for all age groups. Everyone starts off together at 11am, and then at about 11.15am the children leave for Junior Church and babies are cared for in the Creche. The service includes worship, prayer and Bible teaching focused on discovering the good news of authentic Christianity. Communion is included on (or around) the first Sunday of the month. The service finishes at about 12.15pm.
As we head into the summer at Thornhill Church, we will be working our way through the Bible book of Hebrews, with a series titled ‘God has Spoken’
The book of Hebrews talks a lot about how Jesus' life and sacrifice and teaching are a 'better way' than many of the things that have gone before. It contains some tough statements and some sobering challenges. When God speaks, do we listen?
